Contractual terms
Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 July 2026
1. Purpose & publisher
These terms govern access to BASIS and, where applicable, the subscription to its paid features. The service is published by Hedgen Ltd, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales (Companies House no. 16838911), registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
2. Nature of the service
BASIS is an information and tooling service: market and protocol data, factual alerts, and educational tools driven by user-supplied parameters. It provides no financial or investment advice, no personalised recommendation, no portfolio management, and no execution service.
3. No solicitation
The service never solicits the purchase, sale or holding of USDe, sUSDe or ENA. Its indicators describe facts, methodological limits and risk scenarios; they do not predict future performance. The user remains solely responsible for their decisions and for verifying the information against appropriate sources.
4. Access & account
The user provides accurate information, protects access to their account, and refrains from any unlawful use, any attempt to circumvent technical limits, or any interference with the operation of the service. Hedgen may suspend access in the event of abuse, fraud or legal obligation.
5. Subscription, pricing & cancellation
The applicable prices and billing frequency are displayed before payment. Billing is processed by Stripe. The subscription renews at the chosen frequency until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, unless a mandatory provision requires otherwise.
6. 14-day refund
A refund request may be submitted within fourteen days of the initial subscription. It is handled manually via the contact address contact@hedgen.xyz, without prejudice to the mandatory rights available to consumers.
7. Availability & data
The service is provided on a reasonable-endeavours basis with best-effort availability. Interruptions, delays, source errors or maintenance operations may occur. Hedgen does not guarantee the completeness, permanent timeliness or error-free nature of third-party data; the freshness and unavailability states displayed are an integral part of the information.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hedgen is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the service, for losses relating to markets, protocols or third-party data, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes & governing law
Hedgen may change the service and these terms, with prior notice where the change materially affects a subscription. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user's country of residence and the legally applicable remedies remain reserved.
